Terms of Service

1. The service

Natial Schools is a record-keeping, results and fees platform for a school. A school (the "customer") creates an account, invites its staff, and enters or imports its own pupil data. Parents and pupils are given accounts by their school to view what the school publishes to them.

2. Pilot stage

Natial is in pilot with one school. Features, pricing and availability can change as the product develops. We will tell existing schools before any change that affects their data or billing.

3. Accounts and responsibility for data

A school is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and for who it invites as staff, parent or pupil accounts. Keep sign-in credentials private: don't share a login between people. A school owner or admin can remove a member's access at any time.

4. Acceptable use

• No entering data you do not have the right to hold (e.g. a pupil not actually enrolled at your school).
• No attempting to access another school's data, or another account's data, without authorisation.
• No using the service to send unsolicited messages, or to store anything unlawful.

5. Fees module and payments

Money recorded in the fees module (invoices, payments, receipts) is for the school's own record-keeping. Where online collection is enabled, funds settle to the school's own account through its payment provider. Natial never holds school funds.

6. Availability and support

During pilot, Natial is provided without an uptime guarantee. We aim to fix reported problems promptly and will tell a school about any planned downtime in advance where possible.

7. Ending the relationship

A school may stop using Natial at any time and ask for its data to be exported and then deleted. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, with notice where the breach is not urgent.
